THE PROJECT
A brochure designed to make information feel as considered as the property itself.
The objective was to create a polished brochure experience that could communicate the project clearly while maintaining the visual restraint and sophistication expected from a premium real-estate presentation.

Structure before decoration.
The brochure was approached as an editorial system rather than a collection of individual pages. Typography, imagery, spacing and information hierarchy were structured to create a consistent reading experience from cover to final page.
01
HIERARCHY
Information is organized into clear levels so important property details can be understood quickly.
02
EDITORIAL RHYTHM
Large imagery and quieter information pages alternate to create a deliberate pace throughout the brochure.
03
VISUAL RESTRAINT
Whitespace and controlled typography allow the property imagery and content to remain the focus.
04
CONSISTENCY
A repeatable grid and layout logic maintain cohesion across the complete brochure.
01 / COVER

First impression, deliberately reduced.
The cover establishes the visual tone before the reader enters the detailed project information—a quiet kraft field, a contained title, and almost nothing else.

Designed to exist beyond the screen.
The final experience is presented as a physical communication piece—where layout, scale, typography and imagery work together as a tangible object.

TYPOGRAPHY
A quiet sans hierarchy: dense black headings, measured body, and uppercase labels that stay secondary to drawings and photography.

GRID
Spreads hold to a two-page editorial grid. Information blocks, diagrams and photographs occupy repeating columns rather than one-off compositions.

SPACING
Margins stay generous. Imagery and diagrams sit inside the same quiet field, so each spread reads as part of one document.

IMAGE TREATMENT
Photography is held in restrained frames. Line drawings and isometric diagrams carry the rest of the visual language.

TRUE NORTH PROJECTS
A brochure built around clarity, composition and considered visual communication.
