Refund & Cancellation

AIONIQ work is scoped and priced in writing. Cancellation, deposits, refunds and termination follow the client agreement for that engagement. This page is a public summary of that approach. It does not replace the agreement, and it does not set percentages or time windows.

Projects may require an advance payment before production. Whether an advance is creditable, refundable, or applied to invoices is defined in the commercial documents — not here.

If an engagement is cancelled before production starts, any amount due or returnable is the amount set in the agreement for that situation.

If work has started, fees typically reflect work already performed, third-party costs committed, and any cancellation term in the agreement.

Approved or delivered work is not treated as unused. Refunds for completed stages are not described as a default right on this page.

Media spend, licences, stock, print, hosting, app-store fees and similar third-party costs follow the vendor’s terms and the engagement. AIONIQ cannot refund a cost already paid to a third party unless the agreement and the vendor both allow it.

Retainers, hosting or ongoing marketing services, if any, have their own start, notice and end terms in writing. This page does not imply a cooling-off period.

If a refund is due under an agreement, it is processed according to that agreement and the original payment method where practical. Timing depends on banks and processors as well as AIONIQ.

Genuine disputes, force majeure, or statutory rights that cannot be waived are handled as they arise. This summary does not limit rights that applicable law preserves.

Either party’s right to end an MSA or statement of work is a contract term. See Master Services Agreement.
