AI Policy

AI is a tool inside a human-led studio process. AIONIQ uses it to assist research, exploration and production. It does not replace authorship, client responsibility, or review.

Whether AI is used on a given client project depends on the brief and the engagement documents. This page does not list every vendor.

AI output is treated as a draft until it has been reviewed, edited, verified or tested as the work requires. Contextual judgment stays with the people on the project.

Client materials are not automatically fed into public AI tools. When an AI-assisted workflow is part of a project, we use it in line with the confidentiality terms of that engagement and the Privacy Policy.

Confidential client information remains subject to the NDA or MSA that applies. This policy does not create an absolute technical guarantee that a third-party tool will never see data; that depends on the tool, the brief, and how the work is run. See Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Ownership of deliverables is set in the client agreement. AI-assisted output can raise extra questions depending on the tool, provider, jurisdiction, inputs, outputs, licensing and the amount of human contribution. Those questions are handled in the engagement, not by this public page.
