Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how AIONIQ Labs handles information collected through its website, enquiries, communications, services and other digital interactions on aioniq.com.

We collect information you choose to give us, and limited technical information created when you use the site.

Information you supply during a project is used to scope, produce and deliver the work. Confidentiality for client work is handled in the engagement documents that apply to that project, which may include an NDA or MSA.

This Privacy Policy does not replace those agreements. See Non-Disclosure Agreement and Master Services Agreement.

If you apply through the Careers page, we receive the name, email, message, optional portfolio URL and resume file you submit. Applications are emailed to our team so we can review them. We use that information only for recruitment communication unless we agree otherwise with you.

The site uses cookies and similar storage where needed to operate sessions, remember theme preference, and keep intake drafts. We do not currently run advertising cookies. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

Workspace authentication uses platform passkeys. We do not collect account passwords. Session and workspace cookies are HttpOnly, with Secure and SameSite settings appropriate to the deployment. Draft intake fields, excluding name, phone and email, may be saved in browser storage; contact fields stay in memory until you submit.

AIONIQ uses a small set of operators to host and run this website and related studio tools:

WhatsApp links open in your own app or browser. We do not send WhatsApp messages from our servers.

AIONIQ may use AI-enabled tools in internal studio workflows. Website forms are reviewed by people. How we approach AI in client work is described in the AI Policy.

We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected — including service delivery, studio administration, security, accounting, and handling enquiries or disputes. We do not publish a single numeric schedule here because retention depends on the type of record and any written agreement that applies.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to a studio of our size, including access control for Workspace, encrypted transport, and hashed credentials where we store them. No method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be perfectly secure. See Security.

We share information with the operators listed above so they can provide their service to us. We may also share information with contractors or professional advisers who need it to help us deliver work, and with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

You can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing talk@aioniqlabs.com. Signed-in Workspace users can anonymise their account from Settings → Security → Delete my account data. That clears personal identifiers on the user record, removes passkeys and sessions, and nulls membership phone numbers. It does not delete an entire workspace or other members’ data.

Applicable law may provide additional rights. We will respond to requests we receive in line with those obligations.

The website and studio services are intended for businesses and professionals. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The dates at the top of this page show when the current version was published.
