Designer Shirts / Apparel Brand System

Designing a complete identity around the shirt.

A complete brand and communication system for a designer shirt manufacturer — from identity and garment touchpoints to packaging, print and digital growth.

Brush a shirt. Slide a hanger. Lift it to see the back.

RIIVIVE was not treated as a logo project. It was treated as a complete apparel brand system.

The work covered how the brand appears on the garment, how a shirt is packed and sold, and how the same language holds in catalogues, showroom material and digital campaigns. Identity was the starting point. Consistency across manufacturing, wholesale and customer-facing communication was the brief.

01 / THE CHALLENGE

Making a shirt brand feel like a brand — everywhere.

A shirt manufacturer needs more than a mark. Labels, tags, boxes, catalogues, buyer meetings and social posts all speak before a salesperson does. The challenge was to make those surfaces read as one company — from the factory floor and Khokhra showroom through to the customer who finally wears the shirt.

One brand → many touchpoints

The identity became a working system.

The existing navy mark and bird were treated as a working lockup — not a one-off logo file. Type, colour and layout rules had to survive a woven label, a hang tag and a campaign crop.

Texture became part of the identity.

Cotton, stitch, fold and pattern are part of how the brand is judged. The visual system leaves room for fabric to carry the richness.

Print that can sit on a buyer’s desk.

Brochures, product sheets, catalogues, stationery and retail material share one information order. Open any item for purpose and application.

Designed for selling, not just looking.

Catalogue spreads walk a buyer from collection to construction without inventing a second brand for sales.

The same system moved to the screen.

Product posts, campaigns and advertisements reuse the identity stack. Digital is an extension of the garment system, not a separate look.

A content architecture, not a feed of one-offs.

Work was organised so product, desire, brand, discovery and conversion could share rules without looking identical.

Product

Shirt-first communication. Fabric, fit and construction.

Brand

Identity and lifestyle without dropping the mark’s discipline.

Conversion

Launches, offers and calls to the showroom — still on-system.

From identity to attention.

Campaigns adapt one idea across formats. Labels mark production reality, not decoration.

Every touchpoint carries the same language.

A mixed archive of garment, label, pack, print and campaign surfaces. Photography here is marked as placeholder until project files are attached.
